I’m so excited to have been invited back to the Glen Echo Labor Day Art Show this year.

Glen Echo Park’s 2021 Labor Day Art Show – the 50th anniversary of this event – will take place from September 4 through September 6, 2021, with an opening reception on September 3.
The show is a park tradition where students, teachers, and art enthusiasts come together each year to celebrate the Park and its many distinctive arts programs. In the past, the show has featured work from more than 200 artists from the greater Washington, DC area. The display includes a wide range of media, including sculpture, paintings, works on paper, ceramics, fiber arts, jewelry, photography, and furniture.

Each year, Tenleytown Main Street joins neighborhoods across the city to host Art All Night, offering a platform for the diverse artistic talents of those living and working in the District. Local businesses, community institutions, and public spaces transform into pop-up galleries and performance stages for an evening celebrating the visual and performing arts. And the best part? It’s all FREE!
This year we are featuring more than 100 artists and performance groups – our largest and most diverse program yet. Art installations include photography, paintings, drawings, sculpture, jewelry, textiles, mixed media, and more. Attendees can also enjoy live music, dance, theater, and martial arts. Interactive art experiences allow visitors to let loose their own creativity. Take part in dance classes, arts and crafts programs, and henna art.
Nearly 13,000 visitors in Tenleytown enjoyed exhibits, performances, and interactive art experiences in 2018. The annual festival is family-friendly and offers events for art lovers of all ages and stages/backgrounds.
This year’s Artomatic is in Potomac MD in the Park Potomac development, right off 270. Artomatic (http://www.artomatic.org) is running from November 3 – December 9 and I am fortunate enough to have a few paintings to show. Again there will be over 300 artists and lots of variety so come support local (and not so local) art!

I’m super proud to announce my participation in this year’s Artomatic (http://www.artomatic.org) in Hyattsville, MD! Over 300 artists will take over an office building from October 30 – December 12, 2015. Admission is free, so please stop by and take a look around. My pieces will be in section 5042 and I’ll be hosting a little reception on Sunday November 15th. See you there!
